Stressed out? Overwhelmed? Just need a minute of ahhhhhh?


Come join us Wednesday nights at 9 PM EST for a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to help you let go of the day and ease into rest.

These 60-minute virtual classes are focused on:

🌙 Breathwork to calm the nervous system
🌙 Gentle stretching to release tension
🌙 Simple movements that support relaxation
🌙 Mindful rest so you can sleep better

No prior yoga experience needed — seriously. If you can breathe, you can do this. 😌

Perfect for:
Caregivers, busy women, overthinkers, tight-shouldered warriors, or anyone who needs a midweek exhale.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat or towel, a blanket, and if you’d like, a block or two (or get creative, stack up books, a couple of pillows, or anything soft and sturdy!). We’ll move gently and modify as needed, so you feel supported and at ease the whole way through.
